After comparing the 2 units for awhile I figured having the battery tube on the lower portion of the unit was a better configuration. Feedback Score. 0. I haven't compared a T2 side by side with an M4, but the T1 is unacceptable magnified while the T2 I examined in a store seemed just as crisp and round magnified as my M4 is. The lack of tint definitely makes it seem brighter. Plus you get helicoiled mounting holes and flip cap options.
T2 - Great Unit. Lightest of the 3. Middle of the road for battery life among the 3 sights. More variation in mounts compared to the Comp M4/M4S. Smallest aperture of the 3. All 3 are NVD compatible, if needed. I have all 3 currently and by far have more Aimpoint PROs than COMP M4s and T/H-1/2.
